Orange Architecture - Alexandre Dias + Bruno Silvestre Architecture + Luís Spranger SALL Architects - win the rehabilitation of the so-called "Masonry Zone" of Bairro da Boavista, in Lisbon.

The project for the “Masonry Zone” of Bairro da Boavista foresees the construction of 460 dwellings, T1, T2, T3 and T4. Each lot will accommodate a 10-storey building that will be repeated in all 46 lots provided for in the allotment plan prepared by the Lisbon City Council.
 
The project is strongly committed to the reorganization of the built fabric of the hillside, either through the proposed volumetric fragmentation of the buildings or through the arrangement of the small squares that will accommodate individual urban gardens - the productive soil of these small squares by promoting the ecological sustainability of life will also act as a socializing factor among residents of the Alvenaria area.
